A: This is common at first. We recommend starting with a tour so they can see the facility and activities. We work with families to make the transition smooth. Starting with 1-2 days per week often helps.

Q: Can I visit during the day?

A: Absolutely! We have an open-door policy. You're welcome to stop by, have lunch, or check in anytime.

Q: What if I feel guilty about "putting them somewhere"?

A: First, you're not "putting them somewhere"—you're giving them a safe, engaging place to spend the day while you work or rest. Second, caregiver burnout hurts both you AND your loved one. Taking care of yourself makes you a better caregiver.
